In 2013, we celebrated Bipolar UK's 30th anniversary with the publication "30 Years of Bipolar". It focuses on the life experiences of 30 individuals, each of whom have a diagnosis of bipolar.

Their stories reflect the impact bipolar can have and show a mix of inspiration, hope and despair. They highlight the progress that has been made in diagnosis, treatment and public attitudes towards bipolar and mental health but also the huge challenges that remain.

Your donation will help provide a range of services offering the support people need, when they need it. You can make sure there's someone at the end of the phone to listen, a nearby group to share experiences, a 24-hour peer forum and more.

Together, we can support the person behind the diagnosis of bipolar.
