In 2013, we celebrated Bipolar UK's 30th anniversary with the publication "30 Years of Bipolar". It focuses on the life experiences of 30 individuals, each of whom have a diagnosis of bipolar.

Their stories reflect the impact bipolar can have and show a mix of inspiration, hope and despair. They highlight the progress that has been made in diagnosis, treatment and public attitudes towards bipolar and mental health but also the huge challenges that remain.
