The London – Surrey 100 is a fantastic opportunity for cyclists of any skill level to enjoy a traffic-free ride through London, passing through areas that would normally be inaccessible for those who are seeking to enjoy a safe, peaceful journey, such as Canary Wharf, Piccadilly Circus and the heart of the City of London.

The ride then continues through the beautiful Royal Borough of Kingston-Upon-Thames, with sites such as Richmond Park showing off some of the best natural beauty spots London has to offer. Riders then move onto the route across Hampton Court Bridge made famous by the 2012 London Olympic Games. As riders leave London they will be able to enjoy all the stunning countryside that Surrey has to offer, finishing off their ride in the world famous zig-zags of Box Hill.

The icing on the already-impressive cake is the opportunity to enjoy all of this whilst raising money for some of the most vulnerable members of our society. Bipolar disorder affects an approximate 1.3 million people in the UK, and affects every area of a person’s life, including relationships with friends and family, employers and oneself.

The 2019 Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 will take place on Sunday 4 August and we have 7 pre-allocated places waiting for those of you who wish to join me in raising funds for Bipolar UK. You can claim your FREE place by emailing me on [email protected]
