We've expanded our Support Group service, offering a record number of groups for people affected by bipolar.

Group of people talking together

12 new Support Groups have started since the start of 2015, including two groups in Manchester and Birmingham for young people aged 18 to 25. There are now nearly 130 Bipolar UK Support Groups throughout England, Wales and Northern Ireland, with another five groups are planned to launch within the next couple of month.

Support Groups offer a friendly and confidential place for people affected by bipolar, including family and friends. The groups also offer useful information, discussion and social activities, helping to prevent isolation and tackle stigma.
