You're invited to the launch of The BIG Carers' Tea Break, a campaign to bring together mental health carers in Wales for tea, talk and tips.

Join us for The BIG Carers

The BIG Carers' Tea Break is a carer-led campaign to reach out to carers across Wales and provide them with an opportunity to take a break, have a chat and provide mutual support and advice. To find out more, go here.

The campaign aims to:

  • make carers' collective voice heard so they can have their say in how local and national mental health services are delivered
  • empower carers to play a full part in planning the care and treatment of the individual they care for
  • inform carers with up-to-date information and support
  • ensure we get excellent carers assessments under the new Social Services and Wellbeing Act
