Volunteers' Week takes place from 1 - 12 June 2016 and we want to say thank you to all Bipolar UK volunteers!

Thank you to our Bipolar UK volunteers

The past year has been hugely positive for Bipolar UK and we wouldn't have been able to do everything without the help of our fantastic volunteers. Whether you co-facilitate one of our Support Groups, are a volunteer Mentor, support us in one of our offices or raise vital funds for us, you've shaped the lives of individuals and families affected by bipolar.

Volunteers' Week is a great opportunity for us to let you know about how you can support Bipolar UK through volunteering.

If you live within easy access of our Newport and London offices, you could volunteer as a Telephone Mentor and provide peer support over the phone.

Our Support Groups are facilitated by excellent volunteers. Our volunteer Co-facilitators enable us to run over 125 Support Groups in local communities.

We're also delighted to announce new opportunities for volunteering with Bipolar UK. If you've experienced our Employment Support, help us raise awareness of bipolar and the importance of support in the workplace by becoming an Employment Support Ambassador.

If you'd like to share your personal experience of bipolar, we're launching Bipolar UK Media/Awareness Ambassadors. Whether you have a diagnosis or are a family member/carer, sharing your story with Bipolar UK-approved media and at events is a fantastic way to raise awareness of bipolar and Bipolar UK.
