Kundalini Yoga is a science of the mind and body; its purpose is to elevate the spirit, which has no boundaries and no discrimination. It is therefore, for everyone.

Kundalini Yoga is a form of yoga that awakens our own awareness. It uses sets of physical postures and movements (asana), meditation, breathing exercises (pranayama), and chanting (mantra).

The word “kundalini” literally means “the curl of the lock of hair”. It is a poetic way of describing the flow of energy and consciousness (awareness) that already exists within each one of us. Through the practice of Kundalini Yoga, we awaken this energy in order to realise our creative potential.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing, that allows you to move freely. 

You may need a blanket for relaxation. 

Use a yoga mat/sheepskin/rug to sit and practice on. 

Some cushions to sit on during meditation may be helpful. 

You always have the option to sit on a chair for any of the postures and for the meditation.
