Bipolar UK is the national charity dedicated to supporting individuals with the much misunderstood and devastating condition of bipolar, their carers and families. Although a small national charity our services have enormous reach in working with and supporting over 80,000 individuals during the past year. We provide a range of peer support services to enable people affected by bipolar to take control of their lives, including more than 100 support groups across England and Wales facilitated by trained and supported volunteers, a 24/7 moderated eCommunity forum, and one to one peer support provided by telephone and email.

We are now recruiting a Finance and Admin Officer to work within our small but driven team at Bipolar UK.  The officer reports to the Finance Manager and assists in the day-to-day running of the charity’s finances and central office administration.  General accounting duties include the input of all primary accounting information, invoice processing, staff expenses and reconciliation of accounts using Sage Line 50.

The successful candidate will also undertake a range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the central office in London. More details on how to apply are available here. We would encourage candidates to submit early as we reserve the right to recruit before specified deadline.
