For anyone aged between 18 and 25 affected by bipolar, whether newly diagnosed, undiagnosed or friend or family seeking support you are welcome.

Whether online or in-person, group peer support can be a great way to contribute to living well with bipolar and as part of a self-management plan.

The format of the meetings vary, but you will have the opportunity to introduce yourself, say how you are feeling using the Bipolar UK mood scale and may listen to an invited speaker. The groups are organised and facilitated by volunteers who are affected by bipolar in some way.

For information on how we work with your data please see https://www.bipolaruk.org/privacy-notice

The groups are free to register and you will receive an acknowledgement and ticket plus a reminder a few days before the meeting.

We are seeking volunteers to run our online and in-person groups in Wales, if you are interested please do get in touch with us on [email protected]
