People affected by bipolar across the UK often feel lonely

The festive season can be challenging for people living with bipolar… Triggers can include a disrupted routine, late nights, less sleep, heightened emotions, family stresses and money worries, especially during these tough times.

No-one should have to cope with these challenges alone, which is why Bipolar UK provides peer support services to empower 1,000 people a month to stay well - and we have the ambition to reach thousands more.
