Bipolar UK has launched a new survey to better understand how everyday routines and habits affect people living with bipolar, and we’d love to hear from you.

Things like sleep, diet, and exercise can have a big impact on how people feel day to day and on long-term physical and mental health. But we know everyone’s experience is different. By listening directly to our community, we can build a clearer picture of what really helps people living with bipolar stay well.

Why we’re doing this

Your insights will help us understand what makes the biggest difference in everyday life and:

  • focus our time and resources where they are most needed
  • develop new information and practical tools to support our community
  • ensure our support reflects real experiences
  • direct our research, policy and campaign work

In short, your voice will help us prioritise the things that matter most to our community.

About the lifestyle survey

  • takes around 20–25 minutes to complete
  • you must be 18 or over and have a diagnosis of bipolar
  • all responses are anonymous
  • you can skip any questions you don’t want to answer
