30 for 30 Challenge
Raise money while embracing routine and self-care by taking part in our 30 for 30 Challenge.
What is 30 for 30?
30 for 30 is an uplifting 30-day wellbeing and fundraising challenge that takes place in the lead up to World Bipolar Day on Monday 30 March 2026.
Choose any activity – walking, yoga, baking, painting – anything that helps you embrace routine and self-care and commit to doing it for 30 minutes every day from 1-30 March.
It’s a great way to raise vital funds for people affected by bipolar while building healthy habits and keeping on top of your own wellbeing.
Why take part in the 30 for 30 Challenge?
Routine has an important role to play when it comes to living well with bipolar. Regular patterns of sleep, eating, socialising, exercise, and hobbies can help stabilise mood and reduce the risk of becoming unwell.
By taking part in the 30 for 30 Challenge, you can build routine and set achievable goals, boosting your wellbeing in a manageable way. You can choose what works for you and what suits your lifestyle. Whether it’s taking part in the challenge solo or with friends and family, indoor or outdoor activities, it’s entirely up to you. This is about finding joy in your own way.
To make an even bigger impact, you can ask friends and family to sponsor you for every day you complete. Even a donation of £1 a day goes a long way, becoming £30 to help Bipolar UK provide life-changing support to people affected by bipolar.
No matter how much you raise, it truly makes a difference.

Together we’re aiming to reach 95,000 minutes, symbolising the 9.5 years it takes on average to receive a bipolar diagnosis.
In a Bipolar UK survey, 60% of people said this delay had a significant impact on their lives, limiting access to specialist treatment and support. For many, this can lead to serious consequences for relationships, careers, studies and overall wellbeing.
Find out more about the diagnosis delay.
By taking part in 30 for 30, you can turn daily wellbeing into meaningful funding, helping us to provide life-changing peer support for people affected by bipolar. Every minute matters.
