What is eCommunity Conversations?

eCommunity Conversations is a bipolar support forum where you can share your experiences of bipolar anonymously. This friendly online space is:

  • open 24/7, 365 days a year
  • moderated by trained staff who have lived experience of bipolar   
  • a growing community with more than 15,000 members
  • free for anyone affected by bipolar
  • Joining our Online Community means you can use our eCommunity Conversations forum at any time. Registering is simple and takes only ten minutes.

    All you need to do is:

    • Read and agree to our Online Community Code of Conduct  
    • Fill in a short online registration form
  • Please read the information below before creating an account to join the Bipolar UK Online Community. When you register, you agree to the relevant policies, procedures and house rules of Bipolar UK listed below.

  • The Bipolar UK Online Community is hosted and moderated by Bipolar UK.

    • The eCommunity Conversations forum is moderated 8am-8pm daily
    • The Peer Support Groups online space is moderated 8am-10am and 6pm-8pm Monday to Friday

    Our eCommunity Conversations moderators and support group team are there to support the thousands of members and to ensure everyone follows the rules.

    Bipolar UK reserves the right to remove or edit posts and comments that do not respect the Online Community Code of Conduct. If this happens, the member who created the post will be notified and an explanation will be given.   

    All Online Community members can support each other by reporting any issues or concerns using the ‘flag’ button below each comment, or by directly messaging a moderator or Bipolar UK staff member. 

    If you disagree with a decision made by a moderator or staff member, we will try to resolve this informally.
