Track your mood

Bipolar UK has a range of free tools to help you monitor your mood and understand your patterns better – before and after diagnosis.

Tracking mood is a key part of managing bipolar. If you think you may have bipolar, you’re newly diagnosed or you’ve lived with the condition for a while, tracking your mood is essential for:

  • recognising patterns in mood
  • spotting symptoms and early warning signs of an episode
  • preventing relapse
  • collecting data to share with your healthcare team
