Workplace training

We provide flexible training options for employers, HR professionals, diversity officers, managers and employees.

Each session includes insights from people with lived experience, and aims to help anyone in the workplace to understand bipolar better. We also support team members affected by bipolar.

Understanding bipolar: one-hour online training

What does the session provide?

  • a basic understanding of bipolar, including symptom recognition, such as mania, hypomania, depression and rapid cycling
  • guidance on straightforward solutions
  • resources and support systems
  • a speaker with lived experience
  • an opportunity for questions
  • The session is delivered online via Zoom

  • Each course is open to up to 16 employers and employees

  • Each training course costs £550 – around £35 per person if it’s fully attended.

Understanding bipolar and support in the workplace: two-hour online training

What does the session provide?

  • a basic understanding of bipolar, including symptom recognition –such as mania, hypomania, depression and rapid cycling
  • guidance on straightforward solutions
  • a focus on supporting someone with bipolar, including reasonable adjustments, advance statements and employment benefits
  • signing up to resources and support systems
  • a speaker with lived experience
  • an opportunity for questions
  • workplace templates and resources to take away
  • The session is delivered online via Zoom

  • Each course is open to up to 16 employers and employees

  • Each training course costs £1,050 – around £66 per person if it’s fully attended.
