April Unscripted
Hello, and welcome to April Unscripted; a safe space for all.
I’m not a medical expert on bipolar. I’m simply someone living with it, learning as I go, and sharing the messy, complicated, funny, difficult, and hopeful parts of that journey along the way.
Through this column, I hope to create honest conversations around mental health, reduce stigma, and remind people that no one has to navigate this alone.
