Support Us Fundraising Run for Bipolar UK Run For Bipolar UK We've partnered with 'Run For Charity' to bring you some exciting running events. These are by far the most popular ways for fundraisers to raise money - and we can see why! First things first, you need to choose your event. It can seem overwhelming and there are plenty of different things that you need to take into consideration: What distance would you like to cover? Marathons and Ultra Marathons are great for experienced runners, whereas 5k or 10k can be the perfect distance for beginners. What kind of route would you prefer? Would you rather run a flat route around a city or a more scenic route in the countryside? Will you take part as a team or are you running solo? Would you like a Bipolar UK running vest or t-shirt so your friends and family can spot you in the crowd? It's completely up to you. Once you've made up your mind about these initial decisions your running journey has officially begun. Find a local event Find a large event Looking for a local event?
