Mood Diary
Print out our Mood Diary template to record your daily mood, which can help you spot the early warning signs of a bipolar episode.
How to use the Bipolar UK Mood Diary
1. Select your mood score
Select the score from the Mood Scale that matches how you are feeling and write in that score under the day of the month.
2. Record additional notes
On the second sheet there is a calendar to record any daily notes: what food you ate and drinks you had; whether or not you exercised and any information or reminders about your mood, energy levels and activities etc.
