Drop-in sessions

There are weekly drop-in sessions on Tuesdays 10am - 12pm. Stay for as little or as long as needed. Here you can get further information, resources, ask questions, pop in for a chat or receive extra support. No bookings needed.

World Bipolar Day 2026

On World Bipolar Day (Monday 30 March) the Torbay support group will have rooms at the usual venue (Central Church in Torbay) from 10am onwards for an extended drop-in.
