Tai Chi

A very popular activity this year, arranged by our volunteers for anyone affected by bipolar in the area, has been Tai Chi.  This tranquil form of exercise is considered helpful for mind and body with its gentle movements and peaceful mindfulness activity, which contribute to wellness.  With thanks to funding from Active Devon, New Tai Chi sessions will commence on 12 January 2024 at 2pm.

Location:  Cantina, Goodrington Beach Paignton Devon, TQ4 6LN  Day and time: Friday, 2pm

Participants should wear warm loose clothing as this is an open air venue subject to weather changes.
Please check with a health professional if you have any concerns about taking part in this form of excercise.  Please also note this venue is a public space, and the activity is undertaken at own risk.
For any queries about the Tai Chi sessions, including location, or to book a space, please contact 07490 183404 (please note this is not a crisis line -see first response)
