National support meetings

There are a range of ways you can get support during covid times and our online support groups are happening regularly for a range of people.

National support groups, wherever you live, exist for:

  • carers
  • family and friends
  • young people aged 18-25
  • work and learning
  • self-management
  • national meetings (open to all affected by bipolar)

If you want to find a group close to home, visit our local support meetings page

In addition we are hosting

  • panel discussions
  • self-management webinars
  • workshops

Check our listings below for dates, times and to book a place. Once you have booked, a confirmation and link details will be sent a few days in advance.

On the day, please log on a few minutes early to avoid technical problems as rooms are closed 10 minutes after the start to avoid disruption.

If you are new to our support groups and would like to join one in future and/or receive an alert when face to face meetings resume, please register on our online form

Have more questions about zoom support meetings? Read our zoom FAQs

In between meetings you may also like to access peer support via our online forum eCommunity open 24/7 and moderated between 8am and 8pm.  A welcoming safe space to share lived experience.
