4th Tuesday of every month. April 2017 - We'll be joined by guest speaker Jane Cluley who will be talking about yoga for mental and physical resilience. Jane became interested in using yoga to manage mental health over 15 years ago and has been teaching targeted classes since then. She would like to share her experience with the group and will include a few tasters of yoga practice.
