Ride for a reason was held on Sunday 19 May, 2024 at the Haywards Heath Bike Ride, West Sussex to fundraise for Bipolar UK.

There were four different routes to choose  - from 12.5 miles to 73.5 miles.

Adam Deacon, BAFTA award-winning actor, writer and director and Bipolar UK ambassador made a special appearance and kicked off the bike ride.
