Why skydive for us?

Skydiving events raise an incredible amount for charity each year, which is exactly why we’re getting involved. With a tandem skydive you can challenge yourself and raise money and awareness for our truly important cause – all while having fun and ticking that one thing off your bucket list!

What does a skydive involve?

Tandem skydiving means that a professional skydiving instructor will be strapped to your back throughout the whole descent. This is the perfect experience for a first-time jump as the instructor will carry out the majority of the work for you. This leaves you free to enjoy the view!

Who can take part?

Anyone over the age of 16 can take part – however, if you're 16 or 17 you will need to get a consent form signed by a parent or guardian on the day of the jump. You'll be sent a consent form after you've signed up.

A few airfields have an upper age limit for tandem jumps: Cornwall has an upper age limit of 65, Lancaster and Whitchurch have an age limit of 70 and Perthshire has an age limit of 49.

Novices are welcome! SkyLine will take you through your safety briefing before taking you to the skies for an unforgettable experience!

Can I do a skydive if I have bipolar, or another medical condition?

The British Parachute Association (BPA) requires everyone doing a skydive to fill in a medical form.

If you don’t have a medical condition listed on Form 115A you can sign the form and take it with you on the day.

If you do have a medical condition listed on Form 115A, including bipolar, then you need to fill out Form 115B and get it signed by a doctor.

Your doctor will assess your level of risk based on your medical history and current state of health. You may be charged for this service.
