Our Support Groups are free to attend and are open to anyone affected by bipolar, including family, friends and carers. Find out more about what happens at a Support Group.

Please note: our current face to face meetings are on hold due to the outbreak of Covid-19 and subsequent restrictions on social distancing.  

We are running an alternative online option via zoom, please let us know via [email protected] if you would like to take part or 07591375544 if you would like to receive information on your local group, add take part and the group name in your email or voice message.

Time: 10.30am - 12.30pm (refreshments from 10:15 face to face meetings)

Info:  Please note that from Saturday 8th June 2019 the group will be meeting at the Mind Wellbeing Centre, 501 St Albans Road, Watford, WD24 7RZ. This venue is just across the road from Asda. 

Accessibility: There is parking on site at the Mind Wellbeing Centre. Alternatively, there is parking available at the Asda car park on the opposite side of the road.
