Support us

Bipolar UK provides most of its services, which are free to the people who use them, through its own fundraising activities (applying to trusts and foundations) as well as via appeals and your generosity.

There are many ways you can help our work

  • by telling people what we do and the services we offer
  • through one-off or regular donations
  • through legacies or memorial donations
  • by asking your employer to support us through activities or payroll donations
  • by creating your own fundraising events and activities
  • by giving us your time through volunteering

These pages give examples of our fundraising activities with ideas and inspiration for you to try.
